Malang, 23 May 2022 - As a form of company that performs dynamically and communicatively within its work environment, PT Ekamas Fortuna, a business unit of Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) Sinar Mas receives a Gold Awards: Zero Conflict 2022.
The activity was organized by the Manpower Department Office (Disnaker) of Malang Regency, East Java, which was held at the Haris Hotel, Malang City, last Wednesday (18/5/2022). The prestigious award was handed over by Assistant II of the Regional Secretariat of the Malang Regency, Nurcahyo.
The Head of General Services PT Ekamas Fortuna, Yohanes Repelitanto highly appreciates the award given to his company.
Prior to winning the award, PT Ekamas Fortuna, which operates in Malang Regency, East Java, have met the indicator requirements set by the Malang Regency Manpower Department Office.
"There are several aspects that we fulfilled, such as having a Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) and a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT), which serve as guidelines for our cooperation with workers," he said, Monday (23/5/2022).
PT Ekamas Fortuna also has a Bipartiet Cooperation Institution (LKS), along with activities that are routinely carried out include employees receive their Wage Recipient Workers Benefit (BPJS ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS Health.
As a work-friendly environment, APP Sinar Mas business unit also applies a minimum wage in accordance with the current year's UMK and has a mechanism for resolving industrial relations disputes.
After already collecting the required documents in mid-March 2022, on May 10, 2022, Malang Regency Manpower Department Office invited PT Ekamas Fortuna Malang to attend the event.
"As a company, we also pay attention to the welfare and comfort of employees while working, this is our commitment which was finally recognized by the government through this award," he said.
Through this award, PT Ekamas Fortuna will continue to increase awareness of its employees, while maintaining a dynamic, communicative system, as well as building superior and competitive Human Resources (HR).
